The Global Management is really good, they have a CLEAR vision. But talk about India, no positive point - everything is worst here.

• Great start-up culture, as can be seen in town halls, team buildings, etc. • Flexi time (for some employees) • Monthly Lalamove credits (though they expire every month too when unused) • Promotions and bonuses for personal & company performance • Values professional development, sending staff to relevant trainings/seminars (though you’re locked in to the company for 6 months thereafter, and will have to pay a fee if you resign) • The feeling of having the higher-ups genuinely care about you
