Good teammates. People are quite chill to work with. Happy Fridays

Bad management. There was a recent restructure to component teams but there is a lack of planning on how to transition to this structure. No clear point of contact for the features and you end up needing to talk to everyone. You are expected to follow process for review and approval of tech solutions which can take time but deadlines are still very tight. Don't know how to prioritize the features they want, ends up everything becomes a priority. You are pulled to completely different subjects because everything is a priority. Which is not efficient since you cannot focus on what you are supposed to be working on.
