Cons

Myopic management, lack of recognition, below market rate salary, indecisive management. Don't even dare to disagree with management or you will get fired as has happened to many people in the company. They also lie about their origins.

- used to have talent teammates - free drinks - close to railway

Cons

- frequently changed policies keep exhausting employee - most decision is in a top down manner and all of a sudden which result in fragile system - lots of “features” / “product ideas” / “technical revamp” are aborted half way due to lack of planing and domain knowledge
