- Colleagues are friendly. - Have some snack and drinks. - Lean some product relevant knowledge if you work closely with HQ ppl

Cons

- It has no startup startup culture but quite bureaucratic, institutionalized setup; Top-down approach without any synpathy. - Embarrasing communication among Inter-department; HQ-Local team etc. it's all over the company. You never know what others are doing. - There is few HR management in all aspects, you better resonsider before you join: benefits, trust, retention etc. and no career framwork at all.
