"Flat hierarchy" - able to approach the departmental heads directly. Everyone is open. Colleagues are alright nothing too fantastic.

Cons

Middle management needs to get their priorities right. Totally NO SENSE OF DIRECTION. One day they expect "A" from you. Next minute they expect "AB". Many things are self-taught. Don't expect to get answers/assistance when you raise genuine questions for the benefit of the company. You will get bombarded with self-help answers and will let you know that "this is not a school. We come to work and give our obligation to the company".
