Cons

No growth if you don't speak korean. Completely ignored in decisions as 90% of the team hold meetings and make decisions in Korean. Managers are racist.

Cons

Micromanaging, they do not promote within, low pay for the amount of work required. Not diverse what so ever so if you are not Korean , you will feel like a diversity hire .
