      -Benefits are good -That's the only pro

      Cons

      -If you can't speak Korean, you are way behind competition for promotion. -Korean culture: Military type of decision making. No bottom ups -too many signature needed for simple request/process -No research on the market, keep losing people both in the offices and warehouses to surrounding competitors willing to pay a few dollars more. -Awful work/life balance -Top managers always try to avoid responsibilities, blaming somebody else who quit or not competent (to their views)
