LVMH is a big name for your resume.

Cons

Benefits have been greatly decreased in 2020. Only people from Switzerland and France are chosen for Executive roles and are heavily favored. A lot of micromanaging going on at top management. Human Resources is going in the wrong direction. Many have opted to resign and go elsewhere instead of cooperate with new President and VP.

Great coworkers, network and overall environment. Company is very supportive with various work groups.

Cons

Current management is riddled with politics and you need to be friends with the right people to go places. It can take time for you to move up if you are not connected.

-Very poor executive team that manages by instilling fear and insecurity in staff -Middle management carries the workload with minimal support from leadership -Unnecessary and unprofessional gossip and bullying takes place with field team -HR tends to look the other way when valid concerns come their way, therefore additional team members do not feel comfortable coming forward
