The experience is bar none. Not toe room that the standards learned here will make you a hero at a smaller company.

Not much room for advancement esp since they take months for a new hire.

Company Perks like a consignment watches and service awards. Benefits are okay.

Cons

The company seems to be built on a class system. The higher your position, the more respect you get, regardless of how hard you work. They are only concerned about the numbers and HR definitely does not have the employees best interest at hand.
