Great discount on the employee website. Hit or miss items.

Cons

Bonuses is not consistent due to the changes every quarter. Incentive for employees not motivating, giant company, but don't take care of hardworking employees.

Nice team to work with. Promotion on all Perfumes and make up (up to 80% off) of Dior/ Guerlain/ etc. at the store of employees.

Cons

Working with artists and the fashion world is not easy as they demand things and do not even care about how long it can take to do it. We had deadlines impossible to meet and they make you feel your team always fails to do things on time although they never ask for an estimation.
