Well known global luxury leader with a strong brand reputation. Exposure to prestigious maisons and luxury retail standards. Opportunities to learn within an international network.

Cons

Experienced violations of privacy and misuse of power by senior managers HR did not take meaningful action when issues were reported. Culture tolerates poor behavior from leadership as long as results are delivered. Employees do not feel psychologically safe raising concerns. Official brand values are not reflected in the daily workplace culture.
