Everybody is happy at what they do and motivated to help each others.

Cons

If you are not a happy worker that shares everything on linkedin with that feet kissing posts and fouses only at doing your job, you will be seen as a not motivated worker.

Good compensation, challenges and enviroment as said. Work from home at least in my division is total, almost never went to headquarters. Freedom to innovate and exposure to cutting edge tech (in the data side of things)

Cons

Kinda hard to enter. Also moving really fast so kinda messy
