      - Very attractive industry, especially for engineers - Challenging industry, always evolving - Many opportunities to grow inside the company - Attractive benefits (cheap flight tickets) for young professionals

      Cons

      - Company's benefits are less and less (restriction of flight tickets, no celebrations, bonus, reduction of salary increase, etc) - Mass layoffs every few years - Bad work environment due to layoffs - Too much work and little reward

      Tienes exposición a gente Sr, aprendes muchas habilidades y a trabajar bajo presion. La industria aerea es desafiante y cambiante y trabajar en ella te entrega habilidades como la tolerancia a la frustración.

      Cons

      La "vida en la empresa" es casi nula. La empresa no se preocupa por proveer lugares/instancias para mejorar el clima laboral.

      Good variable salary. 6 consecutive days off per month in Airbus A320. Lots of discount tickets in Latam and other airlines.

      Cons

      Roster with no much option to ask for days off or flights.
