      Good Growth as the company is going restructuring process. Future of the company is bright as the company is in joint venture with big names

      Pros

      Great benefit package, one of the best 401K plans I have seen. Flexible hours and no micro managing. Reasonable vacation/sick package.

      Cons

      Male dominated hierarchy organization. Women were often overlooked for postions that they were more than qualified for only to be given to men who were less qualified. Most of the time the same rules would not apply to men as they did women for the same situations so that was very disheartening.
