      The benefits package is somewhat okay.

      Cons

      Low pay. Engineers are required to sign a two year contract to stay with the company. Inherited a position where the last two engineers quit shortly after a year. The environment has plenty of passive-aggressive behavior along with Belief Perseverance. Some employees work with impunity even though they are destructive and abusive.

      Pros

      -Very safe work environment -R&D sector was given one day off a week to catch up on errands etc. -able to balance work life and social life

      Cons

      -may tend to take safety to the extreme (e.g., thought of putting railings for when you are walking) -company is not doing so well financially so job security could be an issue
