In 10 years I have grown to love this little plant. I have worked in chemical plants for over 40 years, and came to Greensboro Lanxess for my last stint, and I am so glad I did. Even at my age it has been a great place to stretch and grow. Started as a reactor operator and I'm now a shift supervisor. My managers have been supportive. The production manager leads by example... with care, knowledge and integrity. I have never had a job that I have enjoyed more. The pay is fair and the benefits are top-notch. Everyone gets a substantial yearly bonus. I'm thrilled to be able to finish out my career in a place like this.

Good company, Less work responsibility so work life balance, no any ppressure of work

Cons

India IT team has no much work. Most of India IT people's end up with doing secondary work or less important task. No any responsibility because project are driven by Germany IT or service provider like infy , Accenture. No any scope for learning and growth if you join in India
