      Pros

      Great company, great culture, fair, work life balance is good, management listens to employees, it has a ton of women working at the Pittsburgh headquarters location, which is a nice change of pace from a predominantly male work environment

      Cons

      None really other than slowly forcing everyone to come back into the office. Also, I think the company could benefit from hiring more people of color. Diversity is key to any successful organization

      Health benefits are okay but could be better.

      Cons

      This company is mismanaged in many ways. Shift supervisors don't fully know the processes and equipment. The plant manager and assistant manager don't value good and dedicated workers. Favoritism exists among both salaried and hourly employees. The company has changed ownership twice in 20 years. I was laid off twice and furloughed once in 20 years.
