Cons

Number one this company is all about meeting quotas and when not met blame it on the employees, then talk to us about not meeting conversion I’m sorry but have you looked at the prices most people walk in the shop and walk out because of the ridiculous prices ,number two they can fire you for not signing up enough people or creating attachments which is bs I can’t force people to sign up. I don’t know if this is only at my store but managers have monthly evaluations which I think is used to pressure employees I’ve worked a few jobs and never had MONTHLY evaluations and every evaluation was all about the things I’m not doing instead of the things I’m doing good. Then blame you for not doing your job right when they didn’t even train you. Training is horrendous they literally trained me 2 nights how to close and then left me to do it by myself had to open and they never trained so I had to get there earlier than my clock in to figure out how to work the computer system, which is a task. Seriously y’all need to work on your systems codes not working, prices incorrect and then get mad at us when a customer comes back because they were overcharged for something because y’all messed up the prices. Then having part timers doing manager work but not paying us as such. We had a new assistant manager and my coworker who is a part timer like me was training her. My manager is very manipulative and passive aggressive, she will get mad at the closers because they didn’t turn the cologne bottle to face the front or if didn’t wipe up a little spot. I will be quitting soon this job has stressed me out to point of not sleeping at night definitely would not recommend
