Pros

- 1 Day WFH/ week (which if you took AL/ Public holiday in that week, your manager will not allow it anymore) - Serious working style, keep adding you with more meaningless work and claim that work more then you will learn more - Product Allowance Quarterly

Cons

- Political working environment (Gossips and whispering) - No Appreciation and rewards - Work overtime and don't expect with a work-life balance, if you off before 7pm, colleagues will treat you as no enough work/ add work on you - Worse working culture, expect you to take computer and work at home/ work during your leave (no matter what is your grading) - Company promote ethics, but in fact....
