Pros

Chill and relaxing working environment. Flexible office hour. Colleagues are nice and friendly to everyone. 6 recycling bins in the pantry. The perfume products are different in each cubicle in the washroom.

Cons

too good, nothing to say.

Pros

Started as an 8 hour sales advisor whilst studying and was promoted to Senior Sales and onto Assistant Manager thanks to the mentoring and training provided by the manager Kerry. A good work/life balance and a great culture manifested in store with a strong focus on prosperity and commitments. A great store to be in and progress if you put the work in and obviously the free products are a plus! Only left the company due to being offered great further opportunities on the back of the experience I gained here. 💛

Cons

Some lone trading which might not suit some people - boutique life isn’t for everyone.
