Pros

On the surface, the company looks exciting because of Sol de Janeiro’s popularity and growth, but behind the scenes it’s very different. Leadership plays favorites, there’s little accountability for unprofessional behavior, and the work environment can feel hostile if you’re not part of the “in crowd.” Concerns brought to HR or management often go ignored, and retaliation is real.

Cons

• Leadership lacks professionalism and compassion • Culture of favoritism and cliques • Hostile work environment with no accountability • Feedback is not valued, and retaliation happens when you speak up • “Fun” branding doesn’t reflect the reality of working here
