      Pros

      Employee benefit goods. Medical insurance personal 1k/year, spouse or kid also got 1k. If achieve yearly target have Company trip. EPF can get back from employer is 15%. Annual leave got 16 days.

      Cons

      Low salary pay, hardly to hired people. Hard to get bonus and yearly increase. Every months need do extra OT more than 40 hours. Office all department always very busy ,look like no enough manpower all the time, forget reply request/email/message. Not systematic
