Pros

- 40% off Discount on merchandise! - Products are high quality, effective, and well made! - Wonderful company with an impeccable track record of philanthropy and great sustainability practices. - Co-workers and management are kind, generous, and genuinely care about their employees. I was treated so well during the two years I worked at L’Occitane. I really couldn’t have asked for a better manager or co-workers! - Flexible scheduling/hours. - Reasonable pay rates for retail work. - Warm and friendly culture and atmosphere across all stores.

Cons

- Limited opportunities for career growth/promotions. - Sales goals could sometimes be tough to reach/somewhat unreasonable for smaller stores. - Rude or unreasonable customers came in from time to time. (This is unfortunately a problem with working in retail in general!). - Could get chaotic on busy days when the store was understaffed.
