Pros

Customers were nice, sometimes good free products. Benefits could be great, like discounts. Staff were usually good.

Cons

Work hours and contracts not very employee friendly. Company very shallow, they waste a lot of stuff but say they are planet friendly etc. Some of the people in the company were really not nice. They got so cheap for all you have to do and they are so behind other companies in technology. Too much time training and other stuff expected for you to sell, but not valued for that work, and not good pay/commission like other companies. Good job for uni students or short term, otherwise I'd stay from here.

Cons

marketing assistants are basically responsible for everything whenever anyone needs help, prepare yourself for dirty works
