Pros

Not a very hectic retail job, but also not too boring if you're in a decent store. Generous with freebies and score discount. Generally a good vibe with staff, who are mostly women or queer.

Cons

If you're in the wrong store, usually one that has to stay open mall hours, it can be extremely boring: left alone with no customers for hours on end. Also management had started asking more of staff, including hand massages and skincare consultations, without any change in pay to represent these increases in responsibility. However the company was fairly understand about the issues one might have around these more intimate customer interactions (I'm a trans woman, so these things can be uncomfortable for me, and I was supported in those struggles will being pushed the right amount to gain confidence).
