Pros

pleasant work environment, decent pay, great discount, you don't have to lie about what you're selling

Cons

inconsistent merchandising, corporate body seems determined to prevent stores from getting bonuses, compounding top-down micromanagement at times, false enthusiasm at the corporate level

Pros

The higher-ups treat you well. Generous with the employee discount and gratis. Nice job to have on the side or for you to get through school.

Cons

Company claims to be sustainable but actually quite wasteful. The cost of the product is ridiculous considering the cost to actually make the product. The job can be slow and boring as hell or fast paced depending on the location of the store. The company pays its sales associates competitively. However, there isn't much in terms of growth, learning, or challenges. Need to meet a sales goal every single day. Meeting it is honestly sometimes based on luck.
