Pros

Great products. Beautiful store. Nice customers, usually.

Cons

Very disorganized management. Favoritism. Store managers have no clue what they are doing and are constantly stressed by corporate demands.

Pros

Flexible hours, generous discount and gratis. Beautiful products that are a pleasure to sell.

Cons

Too much emphasis on skin care products when there is an array of other lovely products. Constantly bombarded by pressure to do mini-facials which is impossible to do when you are alone in the store. We work alone a lot! We are able to do other kinds of demos.
