Pros

Great products and product education for staff. The stores are beautiful. There were some nice employees, although they didn't tend to stay long.

Cons

Horrible management, focused entirely on marketing but not operations. Snobbish and hierarchical. The cultural clashes between the French, British, and Americans were never well resolved.
