Pros

-Great Company Core Values: promotes a culture of accountability and consistency, among others, that help you grow professionally and personally. If you don't genuinely share these values, it will be hard to grow in the company. -Stronger sales skills: The company has a different measurement of your sales ability and productivity and requires you to actually try. Not everyone will come in with great sales skills but if you work enough, you will leave with the thickest skin and above average sales skills. -Non-competitive work environment and little to no conflicts within teams. -Flexible schedules and really respects your work/life balance. It could just be my location and team but all the cons are worth overlooking because how genuinely happy I am to go to work everyday!

Cons

-Lower starting wage than most cosmetic industry positions -Little to no benefits for most associates. Benefits for management are pretty basic.

Pros

An amazing company, which is true to it's values and ethics. Respects employees and customers. Products are the highest quality and sells itself; great staff discount, oppurtunity to grow, training and many more other great benefits!

Cons

Could have more flexibility on Payroll

Pros

Its a beautiful store with beautiful product. And while your alone for so many hours during your shift, you can actually walk around, close your eyes and feel like your in France!!! You can do this often being that there is never really overlapping coverage or customers. :)

Cons

Corporate lacks a sense of direction. They opened way to many stores, which has made it hard for each of them to be successful. As the store manager, the pay was just okay, but the people under you are paid pennies and expected to a lot of work. Then that hurts you because as their leader, you feel bad asking of them more and more and you can't really reward them. The district managers drop like flies.. There is always someone in an "acting" position. And the regional managers are always extremely rude when they visit. And 75 percent of the time you are alone. The payroll is so bad they do single coverage.
