Pros

Amazing products, brilliant staff discount and good benefits. I enjoy working with the lovely natural products but found the pressure of daily and personal targets a bit too much. Having to introduce every customer to one of the most expensive products (albeit best selling) is always a challenge especially when your customer is a teenaged school girl just looking to put on some hand cream with her friends and definitely doesn't need an anti ageing cream!

Cons

Sometimes the targets are very difficult to achieve, lots of pressure to sell their premium skincare. Hours have been cut recently.

Pros

The products are nice enough but not worth the money. A great place to work if you are avoiding a drug test.

Cons

low pay, poor gratis, highest internal theft i have seen in an organization and employee reports of theft are ignored, bonuses and contest prizes are often not disbursed or distributed, abusive managers who were pushed out of other retailers for causing internal conflict among staff and destroying morale (so clearly reference checks are faked), learning and development staff are a complete jokes and their projects boondoggles, the most disgusting and mortifying social media ive ever seen originated from the sales conference, overall a company with potential populated by the worst people imaginable. reinold geiger is afraid of success if he keeps this staff. US= fraud, waste, misuse, theft.

Pros

L'Occitane makes great strides to maintain and access the happiness and sustainability of their employees. They put the right people in each role from HR to Payroll to Managers to keep the work environment positive and progressive.

Cons

Like any job there are moments where work/life balance are difficult but they acknowledge and adapt to make things better when an issue does arrive.
