Pros

50% staff discount and gratis You get soft hands from all the demos that you perform. Supportive DM

Cons

I saw the company transition from Canadian ownership to seeing it being merged with the US and things have drastically changed. Gratis used to have a retail value aprox. $110 but now it's $20-20. Gratis is about trying something new so that you are prepared to sell it to customers but instead of focusing on new products they're focused on just giving whatever is cheap for gratis. They are so stingy with hours. I asked to be full-time but they would not grant me a status change but instead made me work the hours of a full-time. This affected my vacation hours significantly since they put a cap on pt sales for people who've been with the company over 1 year. No support from Head Office

Cons

Senior manager talks down to his employees at least the ones he doesn't like, or that's not eye appealing to him.
