      Great company, but has some obvious flaws

      Pros

      Efficient HR Friendly, family like feel from store level to head office Lot's of great incentive for sales teams (ie. trips, contest prizes, bonuses)

      Cons

      Poor communication from head office to store level Organization could be improved, but not terrible Needs to focus more on training employees to remain competitive.
