Pros

Fun place to work at, nice clientele, good packaging.

Cons

Poor commitment from corporate offices, promises like bonus payments due are not held, very little support to off-prime locations. No salary increases, which is painful for minimum wage employees.

Pros

Can be transparent with leadership. Bonus opportunities every single month and double bonus in holiday months. Leadership genuinely cares for the management and their team.

Cons

Retail is certainly in the detail with L'Occitane. KPI's are heavily measured to a point where one would find themself using the same excuses, that are valid, becoming repetitive.

Pros

Discount was great. I had a wonderful staff. Products are great quality and clients were amazing!

Cons

They promote from within, which should be a major pro.. However that lead to district and regional managers who don’t really have the skill set to do their job at an advanced level. Promoting within allows them to keep salaries low.
