Pros

- gratis - some good coworkers

Cons

- no transparency - low pay - constant IT issues - No respect for labour laws protecting worker's rights - not the best products on the market especially for the price - a director who hides behind HR instead of owning up to mistakes

Pros

Great while I was in college and needed extra cash. Loved the stores I worked in (Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, and Malibu), and the teams were all great. Also, the products are just so beautiful, and I'm still a loyal L'Occitane customer today.

Cons

Unpredictable schedule, but still not that big of a deal.
