Pros

You get to learn about skin care and all the products that L'Occitane has to offer. I learned a lot about skin care during my short seasonal job and I continue to apply it to my skincare routine. Met some great coworkers.

Cons

Have to meet certain sale goals.

Pros

Great products and most people are nice.

Cons

Downsizing a lot. No proper training. Condescending and snobby management. Will get yelled at if you work overtime because they don't want to pay overtime. Will not give clear timeline on when employees should return to the office during Covid-19. Barely get promoted within. You won't get laid off if you're French.
