Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time working at L’Occitane. The company has been making efforts for growth and development, which has made a big difference in my experience. I’ve had opportunities to take on interesting projects, and the team culture is really supportive. Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed and it’s been motivating to work in an environment where people care about the work and each other’s happiness. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to grow within a company that cares about sustainability. Salary is a bit lower than industry but would rather take a pay cut for the environment than be paid more for a toxic place

Cons

can be demanding, and there’s a bit of pressure to meet sales goals and targets.

Pros

Lovely product & a very generous staff discount & allocation. Product is fantastic & it’s a lovely environment to work in aesthetically.

Cons

Very poor management team. Cliquey & reminiscent of a school playground, manager couldn’t manage their ABM & supervisor due to their unprofessionally close relationship with them outside of work. GPDR breeches & gossiping about team is the regular.
