Hi, Thanks so much for the review, we find them really helpful. We are aware of the smaller contracts and overtime that is offered alongside these. Overtime should always be optional for our associates and never expected. I will share this with the Head of Region for London just as a flag so we can ensure overtime is offered but not expected.
