Pros

Great culture. Very friendly bubbly people to work with at all levels. Generous staff discount. Lovely customers. Products really do deliver results and makes selling a breeze.

Cons

Communication between head office and retail could be better at times, especially during busy periods. Would be great to see more male BAs in stores.
