Fast paced, lack proper onboarding and training, chinese speaking skewed

Most of the managers are great, but the supervisors and corporate as a while are awful. There was clearly an issue because of my race. They also threatened to fire me because my dress showed the bottom part of my knee. I always took the bus from college to there, but didn't have time to run home to get my work clothes first, so I bought a dress in a different store before clocking in. While I was stocking, the interim manager who had literally less than 3 months experience as a manager ever, went into the back room, and called corporate on me who then proceeded to let me know that my dress was out of dress code. Knowing that that was not in the handbook at all, I asked her where I could find that information. That's when she started to get really angry and threatened the firing. I quit that night. They also constantly overscheduled my older coworker who worked both there and at another store in the mall, despite her giving them a copy of her schedule from her other place every time as soon as she received it.
