We have recently updated our Flexible-Working policy. The changes made ensure that in the event that an Associate wishes to request a change to their current terms and conditions of employment they can do so by submitting their request to our HR Department in writing, using a form provided. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, however, L'OCCITANE reserves the right to refuse any request for changes to terms and conditions that do not meet the business needs of the Company.
