      Work life balance is good, coworkers are friendly. Transparency and feedback.

      Cons

      - No flexibility on holidays comparer with other companies in the country. - Higher workload in summer. - I arrive in crisis times so there were no bonuses and pay increases are delayed even there was an increased effort. - Outdated technologies.
