      Great People and Amazing Opportunities

      Pros

      Kynetec has provided me with amazing opportunities for continuous learning in the time that I have been here and the team that I work in have been nothing but supportive in helping me to learn and grow. I feel so valued in the team that I work in and by my manager and have been able to grow professionally and personally since I started here. There is also a really good culture, work-life balance and flexible working.

      I would like to be able to come into the office more but it is quite remote.

      Growth opportunities in lower levels (from trainee to research manager) Nice colleagues Decent office

      Cons

      A lot of big promises of opportunities/work atmosphere, little to back it up: Long, uncompensated working hours: about 12-15h a week (no extra pay, nor holidays) Client-needs come before employee-needs High pressure from both management and clients No safe-space or HR-advisors you can trust with issues Limited trainings offered Trainings are mostly self-training and -development with little guidance (the cheap way out) High rate of people leaving (office of 30p. in 2 years time 10 people quit (3 without another job waiting, they were just done), 1 was fired)
