      Flexibility working from home and occasionally office after covid-19 Company does have talented employees Training days and courses were provided Friendly office environment

      Cons

      No opportunities for career progression, internal promotions and job transfers are only offered in very limited circumstances. Salary increases are very low, typically being something like 2% or 3% every year, no pay rises are offered as a result of performing above your role and taking on additional responsibility Company isn't always forward thinking and sometimes doesn't plan ahead which can in too much workload at times.
