      Pros

      Clients are all in the agricultural and animal health fields, so business remains fairly steady even during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Clients are international, and all demand different output. Company is still determining how best to meet all clients' needs.

      Pros

      Colleagues were always helpful. Longstanding (much before pandemic) tradition of remote and flexible work environment. Great benefits. Many long-tenured employees. International projects are plentiful and opportunities to work with people from different countries are commonplace.

      Cons

      Management bounce back and forth between company structure and organizational design every few years, leading to frustration and wasted effort. Promotion may be difficult to achieve because of long tenures. New management is usually hired from outside. Agency-style workload can mean projects have very tight deadlines with high pressure for short bursts.
