      Pros

      I’ve been working at Kroll for a year as analyst. My overall experience is positive. The people are great and the environment is friendly and supportive. My growth as a professional is notable.

      Cons

      The compensation is really low compared to the effort a junior is putting. Usually you end up working long hours but the compensation is ridiculously low compared to the industry average.
