Pros

I sincerely apologise but there were no pros at all working in Kroll.

Cons

1. Manager and Director bullies Associates and Senior Associates. 2. A manager in the firm has no idea/clue what she is doing even though she has been in the firm for a very long time. She pushes her workstreams to Associates and Senior Associates. There is a possibility she does not know how to do those workstreams, hence pushing her responsibilities to others. 3 Manager and Director pushes blame to Associates and Senior Associates. 4. Overworked and working late nights everyday. 5. Many competent employees have left the firm since 2023 resulting a great impact in resources to work on Restructuring & Insolvency engagements. This has led to Associates, Senior Associates and Managers to be overworked every single day. 6. The bullying and unprofessionalism has caused great harm in my mental state and wellbeing.
