      Autonomy and flexibility. Great peers and collaborative groups

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities and work life balance. No real career path defined, favoritism runs rampant, toxic leadership that promotes unaccountable, incompetent, unproductive slackers because they’re in the cool group and individuals who bring value and results are constantly overlooked. Pay is also very below market and comp increases are minimal
