Pros

Some great people work there. Smart, nice, ambitious. Easy to work with and friendly.

Cons

Managers in non-banking areas are questionable. Some make horrible bosses seem perfect. Younger bankers have a sense of entitlement and treat non-bankers poorly.

Employees are treatred and compensated very well. The atmosphere for a corporate culture is great; people are friendly and very approacable.

Cons

Someitmes I am over-worked, however this may be brought upon myself.

Pros

There is alot of small perks around my office, such as star bucks coffee, free snacks and whenever you are working late you get to expense your dinners. The experience of the work and what you learn I beleive is also extremely valuable which I beleive will help here and/or at future endeavors.

Cons

The hours are all over the place, I never know when I am going to get out of work. One week I could get out at a reasonable time say around 6-630 and other weeks I work till midnight. I don't beleive you are fully compensated for these long hours.
