      Pros

      Great pay and atmosphere. Much to leaern and grow within the company. Also the other employees are really good to work with.

      Cons

      It can get boring. Working on different projects get repetitive and what not. Upper management can be very demanding. Travel can get tedious.

      Great benefits. Potential for job growth is good. Extremely knowledgable upper management. Communication among employees is better than most companies.

      Cons

      As company grows, there are too many chiefs. Incongruous pay among certain job titles. Opportunites outside of management are slim.

      Start doing value added work from your first day on the job. Office environment is not overly formal. Management willing to help you learn.

      Cons

      Once you have been working for six months to a year, the projects are routine with little variation. After a few years the work can get repetitive.
