Pros

Great people to work with at the Director level and below Work allows for a flexible schedule At least the coffee is free

Cons

Compensation (or lack of) is not up to par with other firms given the amount of work expected Only Directors and above (and some VPs) get bonuses Upper levels get compensated, and nothing trickles down to the Associate and Analyst level Moral is at an all time low but MDs and senior management have no clue No incentive to work hard People leaving has become somewhat of the "norm"

Pros

Great opportunities to learn and advance. Accessible management.

Cons

Because of super close culture, it can be tough to advance in certain situations.

Pros

The people at Duff & Phelps are great. Time is fairly flexable, but a lot is expected of each employee.

Cons

Due to poor economy comp has been disappointing. This has causes people to leave the company and work falls on the sholders of those who stay.
